Powerful story cuts through the noise.

It pulls us in, makes us care, and more often than we realise, it’s the reason we say yes.

But finding the right story is where most people get well and truly stuck.

And it’s what I’ve spent my life exploring.

I began on the stage, training as an actor at LAMDA and performing the words of some of the world’s greatest playwrights.

Later, as a director and script editor, I worked behind the scenes, shaping stories so they could hold an audience from beginning to end. I learned how a single line, a shift in structure, or a missing truth could be the difference between something that lands… and something that falls flat.

Then I stepped into the world of business.

And I saw the same problem, everywhere.

Important work was happening driven by incredible people. But the story wasn’t clear.

Teams were working hard, but pulling in different directions. Leaders were communicating, but not always connecting and sales messages were being delivered, but certainly not felt.

The gap wasn’t capability.

It was story.
