It helps people understand why your work matters, why it matters right now, and why they should care.
But most organisations don't need a better story,
they need help finding the one they already have.

Why do some stories stay with us long after the meeting, presentation or performance has ended... while others disappear almost immediately?
I started exploring that question at LAMDA, training as an actor, before moving behind the scenes as a director and script editor. There, I saw how a single line, a shift in structure or a hidden truth could transform the way an audience responds. Long after the curtain comes down, people were still talking about the story.
The work is often extraordinary. But the story goes missing missing.
When I moved from theatre to the world of business, I noticed that leaders were talking, but not always connecting. Teams were busy, but definitely not always united. Incredible organisations were changing lives, yet somehow struggled to explain why anyone should care.
I saw the same pattern everywhere.
And the gap wasn’t capability.
It was story.

Today, I bring together the craft of storytelling and the realities of business.
I help founders, leaders and organisations uncover the stories already inside their work...
so more people see the value of what you do
Because when the story is right, everything else starts to work.
